Will you custom design FlipponzTM for me? 

Yes!  Here at flipponz.com you choose the style, type and color of ribbon and centers that best suit your style.

I don't see the color ribbon/center that works best for me.  Do you have any more to choose from?

I have chosen to offer a wide variety of ribbon and center types and colors based on customer feedback and purchases.  If you don't see the color you want, please contact me with your special request -- I may be able to accommodate you.

Do you accept special orders for groups?

Yes.  If you would like to order FlipponzTM for your bridal party, sports team, sorority, birthday party, or other special event and would like to order several pairs in your group's colors, I do offer a discount on orders of eight or more of the same design.  Please remember to order in plenty of time for your event!

I'm not good at custom designing myself.  Do you have any pre-made FlipponzTM to choose from?

Yes!  If you want to skip the step of custom designing, or just want to get some ideas of how some finished FlipponzTM look, click on "Favorite Flipponz" to order or view some popular color combinations.

Do FlipponzTM come in sizes?

All styles of FlipponzTM are "one size fits most" and look great on little, big, and grown-up feet.  My signature Floret style measures approximately 2-1/2" in diameter and the Bitty Blossoms and Little Critters measure approximately 1-1/2" in diameter.  Whatever style you choose is up to you and is sure to look great!

Can FlipponzTM be used on footwear other than flip flops?

Yes!  I originally designed FlipponzTM for use on flip flops and they work best on flip flops with thinner-style straps (the elastic loops may "scrunch" a very-wide strap), but their unique design allows you to attach FlipponzTM to rubber clogs (with holes), sneakers (with velcro straps or laces), criss-cross strap flip flops/sandals, and even your hair!

How do I attach/remove FlipponzTM to/from my flip flops/rubber clogs/sneakers?

To attach to flip flops, center your FlipponzTM over the "upside down Y intersection" of your flip flops with the two elastic loops facing toward where your big and pinkie toes will go.  Stretch the right elastic over the right flip flop strap & then pull under the strap.  Loop the same elastic back over the FlipponzTM.  Repeat with the left elastic, stretching it over & under the left flip flop strap & looping it over the FlipponzTM.  To remove, just reverse the process:  from the top of your flip flops, pull one elastic back over the FlipponzTM & then the other.  For rubber clogs, push both elastics through one hole & up through a hole next to the first; stretch & loop both elastics over the FlipponzTM; reverse the process to remove.  For sneakers, slide both elastics under a few laces (or velcro strap); pull up & stretch loops over the FlipponzTM; reverse the process to remove.

How are FlipponzTM packaged/shipped?

Each pair of FlipponzTM is packaged separately with an insert explaining how to attach and remove from flip flops.  They are shipped via USPS (standard 2-3 day delivery time).  Please contact me if you would like to pay for upgraded shipping to have your order arrive more quickly.  If you live local to the Berwyn, PA area, you can choose to pick up your order at my home; just choose this option during the ordering process.

Will I be charged sales tax?  How much does shipping cost?

A 6% sales tax will be charged only to customers living in PA.  If you choose to pick up your order, you will not pay any shipping charges; just choose this option at checkout.  Standard shipping and handling fees are as follows:  Orders of $0-$20 = $2 s/h; $20.01-$40 = $3 s/h; $40.01-$60 = $5 s/h; $60 & up = $6.  You can calculate your shipping charges during the checkout process.  If you want to have your order arrive more quickly, you may contact me for a quote on upgraded shipping charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because each pair of FlipponzTM is hand-made and customized to your specifications, shipping may not be immediate.  I keep most supplies in stock, but back orders can sometimes occur.   Please allow extra time for large orders or during holiday seasons.  Once shipped, you should receive your order in about 2-3 days via standard USPS mail.

What is your return policy?

Should you receive your FlipponzTM damaged or not to your specifications, I will gladly return them and refund your money or replace them with an item of equal value.  If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please return your order within 30 days of purchase.  I cannot accept returns of items damaged by the wearer due to misuse.

Can I see FlipponzTM in person rather than order on-line?

If you live local to the Berwyn, PA area or would like to see if FlipponzTM will be sold in an area near you, contact me to arrange an in-person viewing or to pick-up your order.
